Our unique natural chocolate is not only 100% vegan but is also raw, gluten, lactose, and soya-free. It contains no harmful additives, such as artificial sweeteners, colouring agents, dyes, preservatives or other ingredients you couldn’t find in your cupboard.
We do not add refined sugar to our chocolate; instead, we derive our sweet flavour through a range of unique natural ingredients, such as the juice of melons, grapes, and artichokes.
We do not roast our cacao beans. Instead, we use a unique low-temperature drying technique, which preserves not only the natural goodness but also the incredible sweet aroma of our carefully selected Madagascan Criollo and Fino de Aroma cacao beans.

All our chocolate is made exclusively with natural, plant-based ingredients. Instead of dairy milk, we use a diverse range of vegan alternatives, including natural almonds, sprouted oats, coconut, rice, and amaranth milk.
We craft all our chocolate from scratch, following a meticulous bean-to-bar process. We use only the finest cacao beans—Criollo and Fino de Aroma—sourced from an organic, ethical farm in Madagascar that does not use chemical fertilisers or stimulants.
Our innovative raw approach enables us to craft our chocolate without roasting cacao beans or heating any ingredients above 42°C. This gentle process preserves the distinctive aroma of cacao beans while maintaining the natural goodness and unforgettable flavours of all our ingredients.
Instead of refined sugar, we only use plant-based natural sweeteners, such as Jerusalem artichoke syrup, dehydrated fruit juices, molecularly dried fruits and berries, and coconut palm nectar. While refined sugar leads to energy crashes and long-term health issues, our natural sweeteners retain essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, which not only slow down the absorption of glucose and fructose but also support overall health.
We use only the highest quality ingredients in our products. Our cacao beans are sourced from a private farm in Madagascar, berries from local producers in Central Asia, and nuts from select growers worldwide. We don't rely on the open market; instead, we work directly with private suppliers who provide ingredients exclusively for House of Chocolate. This ensures that every ingredient we use is 100% natural and meets our exacting standards.
